About Us
The Ichill Music Factory is a group of writers that are all non-members of worldwide collection societies, including:
PRS, PPL, ASCAP, PPCA, BMI, Secac, Sound Exchange, APRA, GEMA and GVL. So the above and any other worldwide societies do not represent us in any way, shape or form. This group of writers have created a fantastic collection of music for New Music Productions Ltd that are licence free. This allows commercial enterprises who are only playing IChill music at their premises to be exempt from paying for a public performance licence.
Please also note that you may be liable for fees to collect societies if you play any music other than Ichill music. In this case, you are responsible for any fees and for making such payments to the collecting societies. For more details, please feel free to contact us.
